I have always enjoyed work outs by Nike! This is one of my favorites, I usually do it at home at least once a week!

What you need:
Yoga mat
1. Child's Pose for 20 seconds
2. Cat/Cow for 20 seconds
3. Down Dog (pedal feet) for 20 seconds
4. High Plank for 20 seconds
5. Up Dog for 20 seconds
6. High Plank for 10 seconds
7. Down Dog (pedal feet) for 20 seconds
8. Single Leg Down Dog - Left Side for 20 seconds
9. Low Lunge with Simple twist - left arm for 40 seconds
10. High Plank for 20 seconds
11. Down Dog (pedal feet) for 10 seconds
12. Single Leg Down Dog - Left side for 20 seconds
13. Low Lunge with Simple twist - right arm for 40 seconds
14. High Plank for 20 seconds
15. Down Dog (pedal feet) for 10 seconds
16. High Plank for 20 seconds
17. Child's Pose for 20 seconds

Cajun Chicken Spinach Alfredo
This is by far one of my favorite things to eat! This makes approx 6 servings, and tastes great in lunch for the next day!
Ingredients:
1 Package Spinach Fettuccine Noodles (I try to by organic, or you can substitute GF noodles)
2 (16.oz) Jars Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 table spoons Cajun seasoning
Serve with Texas toast garlic bread or your choice of bread
Directions:
1. In large pan, bring water to a boil. In the mean time, cut chicken into cube size portions.
2. Place sauce into a small pan and place on low, stirring occasionally.
3. Put diced chicken into a large skillet and cover with 2 table spoons Cajun seasoning, cooked through, or to 165 degrees.
4. Once water is boiling, add spinach noodles to pan and cook completely.
5. Drain
6. Place noodles back into pan and add small trickle of olive oil or a small amount of butter to keep them from sticking.
7. Add noodles to plate, add sauce, and top with cooked chicken. Serve with garlic bread.
