Cake Bake Smoothie

I tried this smoothie today, and I just have to share!!! 

What you need: 
2.1oz rice flakes
1 banana
8.5 fl oz low fat milk (I used almond milk) 
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional) 
2 tsp peanut butter

place all ingredients in blender until well blended
poor into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
